Greenwich Modern Gym
What was originally just unused space in our client’s basement, we renovated into the ultimate at home gym. Fully outfitted with exercise machines, floor to ceiling mirrors, ballet barre, integrated sound system, lighting system, and modern wood detailing give this gym its wow factor. Both the design and construction execution come together to make this a one of a kind gym space.

Greenwich Poolhouse
This is a newly constructed pool house with many great features and designs that make it one of a kind. It includes large sliding glass doors in the front & back of the building. Custom millwork ceilings & beams, custom doors, integrated gutters, and exposed steel beams are some of the details that make this project stand out. The hardscape around the pool house includes outdoor grill stations, a fire pit & patio, modern outdoor shower, and spa. This property was truly transformed into a backyard oasis.

Westport Raised Cottage
Tucked away in a small beach community in Westport, this old cottage was gutted, remodeled and raised to meet current building codes. Per the client’s request, much of the original character of the house was maintained while updating and adding modern details throughout. Some of the features include wall to wall sliding doors, stair cable railings, custom sliding barn door, reclaimed wood ceilings, and custom cabinetry throughout. Raising the structure created a great outdoor space below the house which was outfitted with a kayak rack, outdoor shower, and seating area overlooking the water.

Rowayton Remodel
This waterfront project was a full house remodel and addition. The remodel included a new kitchen, pantry, primary bathroom, walk-in closet, and more. The addition was built on top of the existing garage which included a large playroom & bathroom. An enclosed breezeway was also built to attach the garage to the main house. The addition looks seamless which is always the goal.

New Canaan Addition
This project was an addition onto the client’s main house. Their growing family was in need of more space and this addition provided just that. The 3 level addition includes a basement playroom for the kids, a first floor office with murphy bed that transformed it into a guestroom when needed, and 2nd floor master suite with bathroom & walk-in closet. Budget and space took precedent over high end expensive details on this project. Finding the balance between providing a beautiful finished product while maintaining a low budget was the goal, and I think we achieved it here.

Greenwich Estate
A large project in the heart of Old Greenwich with multiple new structures, an addition and remodel on the main house, and extensive hardscape work. The main house addition included a kitchen, pantry, great room, playroom, and wine room. A new guest house & pool house were also built on the property. The surrounding hardscape work included multiple retaining walls & patios, tennis court, bocce court, pergola, & spa. This project has extensive custom woodwork & metal work throughout and struck a perfect balance between the traditional Old Greenwich style home with some sleek modern details incorporated.
